The first Life Coaching session is free.

After that each session costs R350.00

If you pay for a month at a time It will cost R1250.00 (If this is ongoing you get the benefit of a free session when there is a 5 week month.)

If you prefer a group session (groups of 4-5 people) the cost is R200.00 per session

Sessions are held on zoom or WhatsApp due to covid social distancing and last +- 40 minutes.
